Dog safety in the car: If you want to transport your dog safely, you should not only pay attention to passenger protection, but also to what happens to the dog in the event of an accident or emergency braking. Every year several dogs die in car accidents. We have analyzed many accidents with the support of experts. Due to strong braking maneuvers, dogs jerk into your harness or are thrown in front of hard rear seat backs. The injuries are not always recognized immediately. A great danger also threatens directly after accidents, if not or not sufficiently secured dogs run away in fear. The development of our safety products has progressed so far that we can spare our dogs unnecessary risks.

We use quality webbing from a German weaving mill, which was specially developed for the requirements of transport security. The webbing feels super soft and still provides a secure hold. Robust stainless steel fittings are used for length adjustment. To fasten the belt to the seat and to secure your dog we use very high quality aluminium carabiners. They are especially light and super easy to fasten or unbuckle. But the absolute highlight is actually the belt protector. What can it do? It additionally cushions the belt to protect your dog. This is important in the event of an emergency stop or, in the worst case, an accident. It also protects your dog if it turns around 185,397 times before it lies down and possibly gets tangled up in the belt. If you want to secure more than one Wuffi, you can get an additional belt. And if your trunk has XXXL dimensions, we also have the practical belt extension so that your dog can enjoy the space. So everything has been thought of!
It is simply hooked into the ISOFIX system of your car. The trick: It compensates for the tilt angle of the seats. We have specially integrated an articulated joint with which the DOGSTYLER® SAFETEY BRIDGE ISOFIX Professional can be infinitely adjusted to perfectly balance the inclination. We have often been asked by you if there isn't a possibility to put the DOGSTYLER® for the back seat in a horizontal position (because of course the back seat is designed for us humans - inclination and seat hollows are super comfortable for us - but our four-legged fur noses can imagine much better alternatives for comfortable lying down). We quickly said goodbye to the idea of foam underbody wedges and after some fiddling around we came up with the professional version of the DOGSTYLER® SAFETY BRIDGE ISOFIX.
The net holds back flying dog hairs, protects against splashing water in case the dog shakes in the car and additionally serves as protection against direct sunlight while ensuring perfect air circulation. The net is optionally configurable for the series LANDART, EARL & TREND, for the series EXCELSIOR and DIAMOND you get it as standard.
The climatic floor is currently available as an optional extra for the DOGSTYLER® TREND and EXCELSIOR systems for cars. But what exactly is that? You probably already know that DOGSTYLER® products are made of high-quality artificial leather. In addition to the hygiene and care aspect, this imitation leather also has great heat conducting properties. Have you ever noticed that your dog likes to lie stretched out on your tiled floor? His cuddly little basket, which you bought him especially, only a few meters away? Well, that's simply because our dogs have a higher body temperature than we do (for comparison: the average body temperature of a dog is between 38° and 39° - that of a human between 36° and 37°). As you probably know, dogs can only regulate their body temperature by panting - because they lack the ability to thermoregulate by sweating (they don't have sweat glands). To cut a long story short: You are driving a long car now and it is summer. The air conditioning is on, but you still sweat a little. Or it's winter and the heating in the car is on. What is just bearable or warm for you, is often already borderline for your dog. And now our CLIMATE FLOOR comes into play. The additional layer of the special High-Distance Material (spacer fabric) not only ensures optimum pressure equalization in the car dog seat, but also optimally conducts moisture and heat away - so there is no trapped heat UNDER the dog - pleasant lying comfort included. Quite ingenious - or is it?!
Water resistant means water repellent. The stylish red covers provided for this purpose protect the inner cold foam from penetrating moisture. Now you ask yourself why this is necessary at all? Because DOGSTYLER® synthetic leather is virtually pore-proof and moisture and bacteria dry on the surface anyway. That's true! But if your pelt-nose really does get a little pippi-pan, the liquid can seep through the seams into the inside. We have thought about this - and with the goal of creating a hygienic and odor-free environment for the precious dog bed of your puppy nose, we developed the beautiful red slipcovers.
Another plus point: Thanks to the very smooth surface structure, the inlets simply "slip" into the cover. This makes the assembly of your DOGSTYLER® very easy.
Do you know the "agitation" of dog blankets? Your dog constantly lies down on the thick uncomfortable folds - and whatever you want to protect with the blanket, the blanket always lies slipping in or on it.
The DOG SOFTPAD from DOGSTYLER® puts an end to this. Suitable for all DOGSTYLER® products as well as simply to take with you on vacation or to a pension.
Our imitation leather originally comes from the furniture industry. This not only makes it particularly robust - when selecting the material, we paid special attention to the health of dogs and humans. Therefore, our imitation leather does NOT contain any oily softeners. This is more expensive than materials that are otherwise used - but safer for humans and dogs. So you can be sure that your darling will not absorb any substances that could harm him if he ever licks his DOGSTYLER®. In addition, the leather is virtually pore-proof. Moisture and sebum (the breeding ground for bacteria) cannot even penetrate the material - and all harmful pathogens die on the surface. Additional benefit: Where no bacteria - there no nasty odours.
