Payment methods

Choose from a variety of the most popular payment methods such as prepayment, credit card or PayPal. We also offer purchase on account and payment by instalments via PayPal.

Prepayment

You simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account in advance. You will receive details of our bank account by e-mail with the invoice after placing your order. Depending on the bank and transfer method, it can take up to 3 working days until the amount is credited to our account. Only then can we process the order. If you return one or more items, the corresponding amount will be credited to your account.

PayPal

In addition to paying in advance, you can also pay quickly and easily via PayPal. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can make the payment here with your access data.

You are new to PayPal? In this case you can log in to PayPal as a guest or open a new account and confirm the payment. Payments made via PayPal are usually booked within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately. If you return one or more items, the corresponding amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

Payment in instalments by PayPal

In cooperation with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, we offer you payment by instalments as a payment option. Please note that payment by instalments cannot be selected in our shop, but on the PayPal page at the end of the order process. To do this, simply select the payment method "PayPal" in the order process and click on "Order with obligation to pay". On the PayPal page, you will then have the option "Payment by instalments" at the end of the page.

PayPal - Purchase on account

In cooperation with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, we offer you the purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that PayPal Plus Invoice is only available for consumers and that the payment must be made to PayPal Plus.

When buying on account with PayPal, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. You can find the complete terms and conditions for purchase on account here. The online shop charges a fee of 0 € per order when purchasing on account with PayPal Plus.
