For the performance of the contract

Your personal data, which you make available to us in the ordering process, is required for the conclusion of a contract with us. You are not obliged to provide your personal data. However, we cannot send you the goods without informing you of your address. For some payment procedures, we require the necessary payment data in order to pass them on to a payment service provider commissioned by us. The processing of your data entered in the ordering process is therefore carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
If you send us an enquiry by e-mail, via a contact form etc. before the contract is concluded, we will process the data received in this way to carry out pre-contractual measures and, for example, answer your questions about our products. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO.
DOGSTYLER SOEST GMBH only collects, processes, stores and passes on personal data to the extent that this is absolutely necessary to carry out an order and to be able to offer the contractual partner the information and services requested. Recipients may be included: Payment service providers, shipping service providers, hosting providers, merchandise management system, if applicable, suppliers (dropshipping).
Personal data also includes information about your use of our website. In this context we collect personal data from you as follows: Information about your visits to our website, such as the extent of data transfer, the location from which you access data on our website and other connection data and sources you access. It is possible to write a comment. Your data (e.g. name/pseudonym, e-mail address, website) will then only be processed for the purpose of publishing your comment.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest is the public exchange of user opinions on specific topics and products. The publication serves, among other things, the purpose of transparency and opinion formation. Your interest in data protection is maintained, as you can publish your comments under a pseudonym.
A certain storage period is not provided for. You can request the deletion of your comment at any time.

DOGSTYLER SOEST GMBH uses your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

3. forwarding of your personal data

DOGSTYLER SOEST GMBH only passes on personal data when it is absolutely necessary to carry out an order and to be able to offer the contractual partner the information and services requested.

In some cases we use service rental modules which make data available to the respective customer on our behalf. The service module providers (Fa. Net Inventors GmbH, Fa. Mario Maeles, Fa. Wrike) are independent companies and are, among other things, obliged by us to treat all data strictly confidentially; you are also prohibited from processing the data for other purposes than agreed. The respective user only sees his own data or information on his own order history - according to a state-of-the-art log-in system.

Beyond this, our company does not pass on your personal data to third parties unless you have expressly consented to the passing on of data or we are obliged to pass on data due to legal regulations and/or official orders. We also do not sell your data to third parties, nor do we market it in any other way.

In addition to the right to revoke your consent granted to us, you are entitled to the following further rights if the respective legal requirements are met:

b) Right to correct incorrect data or to complete correct data in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO,

c) The right to delete your data stored with us in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO insofar as no legal or contractual retention periods or other legal obligations or rights to further storage must be observed,

d) Right to limit the processing of your data according to art. 18 DSGVO

e) The right to data transferability in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, i.e. the right to have data provided by you transferred in a common, machine-readable format or to demand that it be transferred to another person responsible

f) right to appeal to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or at our registered office.

6.      right of objection

You can revoke the permission to store your data at any time. Please use our direct e-mail address[email protected] or write us a short message and send it by post.

After receipt of the objection/revocation, DOGSTYLER SOEST GMBH will no longer use your contractual partner's data for its own marketing purposes and will stop sending you advertising material. The complete deletion of customer data (after order or contract processing) is only possible after the legal retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired. The blocking of the data for the purpose of customer service remains unaffected.

We secure our website and other systems by technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. In particular, your personal data will be transmitted in encrypted form. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system for this purpose.

Please note that data is stored on servers of WhatsApp Inc. which are not subject to European data protection law, i.e. personal data is processed in countries outside the scope of Directive 95/46/EC. WhatsApp may not be able to guarantee confidentiality and data security. DOGSTYLER SOEST GMBH shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform. 10.  storage duration

We store your data for as long as this is necessary to provide our agreed service.

-         We store the data required for the execution of the contract until the expiry of the statutory warranty and, if applicable, contractual guarantee periods.

-         We retain the data required under commercial and tax law for the legally specified periods, regularly ten years (cf. § 257 HGB, § 147 AO).

-         The data processed to carry out pre-contractual measures will be deleted as soon as the measures have been carried out and it is evident that no contract will be concluded.

You can be provided with a corresponding certificate of this deletion on request.
A deletion concept for the various categories of personal data has been developed on the basis of the statutory provisions and implemented accordingly.

11.  liability for contents

The contents of our pages were created with the greatest care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and topicality of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para.1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. When accessing our offer, connection data is stored. This means that each time a file is called up or attempted to be called up on this server, the following data on this process is saved in a log file (server log file) as standard for the purpose of system security and for statistical purposes:

  • Version of the HTTP protocol used

It allows tracking the behaviour of users after they click on a Facebook advertisement and are redirected to the website of the advertiser or promoted company. Conversion measurement with the visitor action pixel allows us to measure, evaluate and optimise the effectiveness of Facebook Ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected on our websites by the visitor action pixel does not allow us to draw any conclusions about the person of the user.
